Black Riding Pony, Part Welsh Colt

Sire LJS Limited Edition (iiu)
Dam Salisbury Grace O' Monaco
(SOD Treharne Talisman IMP)

This delightful colt is very pony and very pretty.  With a lovely upstanding front and fine bone he will make a superb breeding or saddle prospect.   His dam "Grace" has produced four foals, Salisbury Pierre (Supreme Champion Sire in WA), Salisbury Lord Amsbury (owned by Bree Petrie and already a saddle sensation in his first season placing 4th Intermediate Large Pony of the Year VIC Hygain 2006) and Salisbury Tribute (our colt we have retained by Weston Mirage, Champion Part Welsh stallion/colt at the recent Welsh Feature Show).

Dexter was purchased at 3 weeks of age by Partricia Carter of Werona Hills Stud in NSW and will be run on as a future stud sire to complement her breeding program along with her recent senior sire acquisition Brampton Sinbad.   Congratulations to Patty, we look forward to hearing great things about him in the future.

Dexter has remained at Salisbury Stud so that he attend our local foal shows as part of his training in preparation for the trip to his new home with Patty.  This darling boy has impressed everyone he meets with his beautiful manner, he loves attention and is compliant with everything we ask of him.

We has attended two shows and we are very proud of his achievements under 5 vastly different judges.   This is just the beginning for dear "Dexter" and the future sure looks bright for this willing little man.
